Fresh, Green Salsa


  • 1 pound tomatillo, husked, washed, and cut in halves
  • ½ small, white onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 jalapeño or serrano chile pepper, seeded (or more if wanted spicier)
  • 5 sprigs cilantro, washed.
  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Blend all the ingredients and go!
