Baked Cordon Bleu Chicken Wrapped with Bacon
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 10 thin slices cooked ham
- 10 slices Provolone cheese
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ tsp. Chicken bouillon.
Sprinkle each chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste; top with chives.
Place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese on each chicken breast and roll them up.
Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each roll secure with wooden toothpicks.
Place in a lightly greased 13”x 9” baking pan; bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
In a bowl, mix sour cream with the chicken bouillon, salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, ladle sauce over chicken breast. Garnish with chives. Serves 5
